1. Secure the climbing dome OR remove it. Properly install the mats as they have gaps in between them in certain sections. In addition, clean out the leaves that are in the gaps.

Crib was observed by window. Outlets throughout site were observed to be tamper resistant but were not adequately installed, some were not tamper resistant and others by water were observed to not be GFCI and tamper resistant. Heavy shelving units and items stored on top of shelvings require securing. In the restroom there is a baseboard heater that is still operable and gets hot to touch.
