Walk me through a typical day for my child's age group.
How do you handle screen time?
What does outdoor play look like, and how often?
How do you handle biting and hitting? What happens after the first incident vs. a pattern?
How do you handle a child who is struggling socially? Every program says it’s inclusive — you want actual strategies.

What is the full monthly cost including all fees?
What is your cancellation / withdrawal policy?
Do you offer part-time or flexible schedules?
