Cording for equipment in rooms needs to be secured to not allow loose accessible cording to children. If cording is plugged into outlets remove the cording when not in use so that cording such as for IPADS or Phones is not just plugged in outlets and accessible to children. In restrooms in cabinets were plastic bags and other cleaning items are accessible to children either move the items up from the lower shelf to the higher shelves or secure the cabinet. Secure items on shelving units and cabinet that can become projectile of fall if an earthquake occurred or shelving unit hit and cause injury. Plants, toys etc. that are stored on shelving units as permanent placements for the items. Light fixture coverings were observed to be missing in restrooms and the current tube bulb is not shatterproof. Fixture requires covering or shatterproof bulbs.
In the restroom for the Preschool Room there are cleaning/sanitizing products that are accessible on the lower shelf of the cabinets.
