The applicant had numerous small toys accessible to children that were choking hazards. These were made inaccessible prior to my departure. There are not vinyl stickers or other artwork to prevent children from walking through the sliding glass door. The applicant acknowledges that there are knives and the stove is accessible to children in the kitchen. However, she has not blocked access to her kitchen yet. The applicant has not secured her television to the wall.
