At the time of this inspection, licensor observed a container of "Super Sani Cloth" disinfecting wipes on a teacher counter accessible to children in the front preschool room. Provider corrected on site by moving the wipes out of reach of children.
At the time of this inspection, licensor measured the depth of the shredded recycled rubber fall zone material to be less than 6" deep surrounding a climbing play structure.

At the time of the onsite monitor visit, there was facial sunscreen, fish tank cleaner, and water conditioner for the frog tank, all marked with 'keep out of reach of children' present and accessible to children.
