Medication

A child has liquid Motrin and liquid Tylenol present without any written parent permission forms present. Child's first and last name not present to indicate who it belonged to. Not in the original packaging. Medication was bottles were unclean with residue outside of the bottle. Over counter medication for a child does not have parent consent paperwork or directions for giving the medication. Over Counter medication stored accessible to children in the cubby area.

Eva Chien and Drew Lewis, have not had initial training completed, no documentation submitted to Merit, no paperwork to support that child care basics has been completed. Eva Chien has an expired food handlers card. Not all staff have meet L and I requirements for Blood Borne Pathogens with the last training being in 2021. Eva Chien and Drew Lewis, have not completed child care basics. Staff are behind on safe sleep training, safe sleep certificates have expired.
