The slide and climber will need an additional 7 inches of play chips to be safe. Currently there is 2 inches. 9 inches is the WAC code Short 110-300-0165(3)(d) Term

(3)(d) Washer and dryer are accessible and only the dryer had a safety strap (that was not strapped) and the washer did not have a safety strap at all. Will need to be strapped when children are present. (5)(a) Outlets in the Indoor area are not TR (Tamper Resistant) and will need to replace all. This was an issue on the inspection on 10/3/2023 andf needs to be addressed.
