Cubbies in toddler space located near calm down area were observed to be unstable and a tipping hazard. Items located above calmdown area were observed heavy and not secured, causing a tipping hazard. A loose cord was observed from a radio connection in toddler room. Another loose cord was observed in preschool room that was observed leading to the ac unit. Plastic bags were observed in preschool bathroom inside of an unlocked cabinet accessible to children. Some paint was observed to be chipping in toddler bathroom space as well as various holes on the walls. Red light in toddler bathroom was obsered to not be shatter-resistant. Outlets in bathroom close to sink area were observed to be GFCI, but not tamper-resistant.
