During this time several of the children were using orange safety cones, at the pointy end, to dig holes in the ground, creating unsafe divets. One individual I believed to be a provider did appear to be circling the playground to provide active supervision. She appeared frustrated by the lack of active supervision being provided by the providers. She encouraged the children playing with the cones to find other fun and engaging activities. I later found out that this person is not a provider at all. She is an ABA therapist for one particular child. On 04.10.2024, this licensor observed several children playing unsupervised outside for four minutes.”
