Martina Morgan does not have food handler's permit and was observed to be preparing bottles in the infant room. Jennnifer Kylen does not have safe sleep training, children experiencing homelessness training, shaken baby syndrome/head trauma, child abuse and neglect, and emergency preparedness training.
Center van did not have a complete 1st Aid Kit.
