There was a pack of Kirkland cleansing wipes on the counter of the 3s and 4s classroom that was accessible to the children. There was also a container of Clorox disinfectant wipes (lemon scented) and a container of Lysol wipes (labeled "keep out of the reach of children") in an unlocked cupboard under the sink that were accessible to the children. There was a Swiffer WetJet that was accessible to the children in the JK classroom. There was a pack of Huggies wipes labeled "keep out of the reach of children" on a counter that was also accessible to the children.

There were wipes that were labeled "keep out of the reach of children" by the toilet that were accessible to the children in the Butterflies (toddler) classroom and the same wipes were accessible to the children in the JK (4s and 5s) classroom.
The infant bottles do not have the children's full names on them. The bottle warmers and refigerator are not eight feet from the diaper table in the infant room. The bottle prep area is part of the diaper changing area.
The climber on the smaller playground is rated for family use and not commericial use.
The mop in the infant room is accessible to children. There was also a mop and a vacuum cleaner accessible to children in the preschool classroom.
Diaper creams do not have the child's full name on them.
