Duty to protect children and report incidents

110-300-0475(1) Through interviews and inspections, it was determined the WAC was more likely than not to be violated. The incident happened on the 3rd and 4th. The assistant director was notified on the 4th by the assistant teacher. The parents and the department were notified on the 10th. The director stated there was no incident report created, and the parent stated no incident report was provided.
