During onsite inspection of complaint, Licensor reviewed paper and electronic records and observed that on 09/03/2024 at 9 AM (four teachers), 10 AM (four teachers), and 11 AM (three teachers) and 09/04/2024 at 9 AM (three teachers) there were 10 enrolled infants in the infant classroom. Not meeting the classroom maximum capacity of 9 infants with a ratio of 1:3. (5)(ii)
