Blind cording is to manuever the blinds was loose and forms loops. Outlets in rooms were observed to not be tamper resistant. One outlet had a cracked plate which formed sharp edges. Cording from equipment was observed to be loose and accessible to children. Printer and plants require securing.
Child with allergies was missing Individual Health Care Plan. Medication Authorization form needs to be completed with start and stop date.
