All outlets in the child care were not tamper resistant. The outlet by the sink was not GFCI. The sliding glass door did not have artwork or stickers placed on it. It was observed that a large bookcase was not mounted to the wall. In the outdoor space, many trees were cut down to approximately 2 feet tall.
