Outdoor early learning program space

The gate that leads to the outdoor play space was not self-closing/self latching. There is no fencing between the childcare back patio play space and the neighbors home. There are large open areas in the fencing that would allow children to access to the unlicesed parking area in the front of the home. On the gate there are spaces greater than 3 1/2 inches apart.

Window blind with inner cord that could form a loop was on the front window in the licensed space. Lamp cords and cords under providers desk were loose and can form a loop. Outlets in the main childcare space and baby room are not tamper resistant. Power strip/surge protector was accessible to children when in care.
