A triceratops climber does not have appropriate ground cover under it. It is placed on astroturf.

A powerstrip was observed within child reach at the changing pad in Toddlers. The gasket on a screened window was accessible to children on the playground. 3g) the plastic toy box on the playground is cracked with sharp pieces.
3c) the classroom door in the PreK room was blocked by the buckets used for individual storage, preventing it from fully opening. The exit pathway out of the classroom was made narrowed by the buckets lining the pathway.

A plastic climber and at least 3 slides are in the play yard. They do not follow the CPSC Playground Safety Guidelines. They do not have at least a 6 foot fall zones around the equipment and they are placed on packed soil overlayed with turf. The rainy day room has slides and other equipment that are not sealed wood and placed upon the hard floor. The infant playground has a swing and other climbers placed on a hard surface.

Exit doors were seen blocked, preventing the doors from fully opening. A slide/platform was placed in the classroom with the eating table in close proximity to eachother which blocked the exit pathway through the classroom. The infant room has a gate across the crib room, blocking the exit pathway. With the gate in place at all, it creates a seperate room.
There is a retention pond on the other side of the infant playground. The gate has a magnet latch that is easy to pull open.
