Program has not been doing tooth brushing or tooth brushing activities. There is also no documentation that the parents have opted out of tooth brushing activities.

Children are currently consuming water out of a sink that is in the classroom and used for art. There were no documentation of water testing when the licensor asked. Suggestion was to get a water dispenser for the children to consume water from or to get water tested confirmed there is no lead or copper and dedicate that sink for the children to get water from for consumption but not as a mixed use sink.
Sign in and out for children and for staff was not observed during the visit.
