At the time of this inspection, licensor observed multiple cords capable of forming a loop accessible to children, including an air purifier power cord, a green cable cord located under the white board going toward the teacher's desk in the Preschool room, and a number of computer cables and cords near the teacher desks in both Preschool and PreK classrooms.

Licensor observed a heavy metal art drying rack located on top of an art supply storage shelf apx 3 feet off the ground that posed a fall hazard in the Preschool room.
