At the time of this inspection, licensor measured the depth of wood chips surrounding a climbing play structure to be 6" deep.

At the time of this inspection, licensor observed multiple cords capable of forming a loop accessible to children, including an air purifier power cord, a green cable cord located under the white board going toward the teacher's desk in the Preschool room, and a number of computer cables and cords near the teacher desks in both Preschool and PreK classrooms.

At the time of this inspection, licensor observed heavy items such as chairs and plastic storage bins located above the children's cubbies in a loft style platform apx 10 feet from the ground that posed a fall hazard in both Preschool and PreK classrooms. Licensor observed a heavy metal art drying rack located on top of an art supply storage shelf apx 3 feet off the ground that posed a fall hazard in the Preschool room.
