Based on complaint interviews of the director, subject, staff, and parent of child, licensor found at the time of the licensing interviews, WAC 110-300-0331(1)(c) was violated.
There are landing areas that do not have 9 inches (most 6 inches) with a radius of 6 feet all around the equipment.
Center has a child in the toddler class who has allergies. This childs file needs to include a Doctor signature and directions on how to help child when exposed. A medication chart must be available to record when medications are administered.

All landing areas underneath play equipment must have 9" of play chips in a perimeter of 6 feet around the play equipment, especially right under the landing area
Gates from covered play area to uncovered will need to have working latches on them to prevent children from not being in supurvised outdoor play area. Middle gate and end gate will need to be repaired.
Doors in Toddler rooms are locked from the inside with a bolt latch that cannot be opened from the outside, only the inside by an adult
Laundry room/ storage needs to be locked so that children cannot access it.
Preschool children are not in sight of teachers when using the shared bathroom space as well as handwashing area
