During onsite annual monitored visit, licensor Anita Stewart observed children playing outside in the outdoor play area and on the hillside running, playing, and pushing toys. Licensor observed no staff engagement with children who were on the top or near the hillside. This violation was discussed with Director D.M. on site.

Prohibited behavior and discipline, and physical separation of children

is valid. Staff and management stated that they place children in high chairs for them to calm their bodies down. In the interview it was stated that children are given snacks or a book to read while they are in the high chair. The purpose of the high chair is to feed the children only.
