Meadowlarks: The epi-pen was expired and the was expired and not children's. Benadryl Herons: There was no allergy plan with the epi-pen and no authorization form for the Benadryl. Sparrows: There was an inhaler with no prescription or label with name of child on it and the paperwork was from 2020. Magpies: There was no Zyrtec on the paperwork. 0215: There are several rooms that had non-prescription medications such as lotions, and lip balm accessible to children. Also some of the classrooms had the grab and go bags with the emergency medications accessible to children. .
One of the fences on the playground has a gap larger than 3 1/2 inches under it.
