Outdoor space was observed to have loose nails on cable along the wall. A box with pretend medical materials was observed to be broken. Kitchen area was observed to have wall paper that was unsticking from the counters and wall. Water temperature was observed at 134 degrees Fahrenheit. Outlet in living room space near playpen was observed to not be tamper-resistant. Outlet in bathroom near sink is not GFCI.
