Equipment and surfaces in outdoor early learning space

It was observed that the wood chips around the climbing equipment was not 9" deep in all areas, as well as the fall zone required for the swing did not have wood chips for the entire length. The climbing equipment was placed within 5 feet of each other, creating a fall zone issue. A castle climber was also observed to have a pull rope attached and tied to the equipment. This was removed during the inspection.
