outdoor stairway leading from the upper deck was blocked with small size planter, two childsize wood chairs and table that appeared to be broken. This stair way does not have a pressure gate, the gate observed did not have an auto close/self latching mechanism. This gate is also used as an exit gate leading from the play deck/home.
