Large beads from a rope were observed loose and accessible to children. Beads were smaller than one and three-quarter inches. Cables from the tv were observed to be loose and accessible to children. Outdoor bushes were observed to have thorns and were accessible to children. Water temperature was observed to be unsteady from 121 degrees Fahrenheit to 128 degrees Fahrenheit. Tamper-resistant outlet next to entry door was not tamper-resistant.
