There was a razor in the bathtub and is was accessible to the children - the provider removed during the visit. There is a fire pit in the backyard that has a broken screen and debri in it, it is accessible to the children.

The closet in the bathroom was not locked. It had hygiene items in it that were accessible to the children - the closet was locked during the visit.
