Post Alley Kids Centre used a public elevator that was not set up for a capacity of a kids buggy as well as placement of children in the buggy which could expose their arms and legs to an injury. There was also insufficient training for a new employee who was operating the buggy which resulted in an injury to a child whose leg was pinched between her seat and the rear of the elevator.
