There is a window blind on the kitchen window that has an inner cord and pull cord that pose a risk of strangulation to children. The provider has raised the blind to its full position and made the pull cord in accessible today, but it is in place. There is also a window blind in the laundry room which is accessible from the family room. The provider routinely shuts this door but does not lock or latch it in any way. Outlets in the combined kitchen and family room do not appear to be TR. These spaces are accessible to children when they enter and exit from the licensed outdoor play space.
