Baby gates are used in the emergency exit pathways instead of doors. This licensor spoke with the Fire Marshal who confirmed that he did not see the baby gates at his inspection in 2024. Fire Marshal made a suggestion on how to come into compliance. This information was shared with the provider. Provider has not addressed the violation within 5 business days. Provider said they would fix the violation over the upcoming weekend but have not signed and returned the safety plan to keep the children safe until the violation can be fixed.
