A loose cord is hanging from the side of the house. 3a) one garden box edge was pulled away from the other edges creating a sharp edge. 5a) the outlet in the bathroom, next to the sink (toddler) is not TR. A plug in face place is in place, not a TR cover as it can be unplugged and removed.

Equipment and surfaces in outdoor early learning space

The slide and slide side of the play equipment does not follow CPSC guidelines related to chutes and ground cover with fall zones. There is not a railing on each side of the slide chute. The drop of the platform to the ground is greater than 18 inches. A bar to assist with standing to sitting is not above the chute opening. There are 2 bushes, one on each side of the slide within 6 feet. The opening and the bottom of the slide are surrounded by compact dirt. At the bottom of the slide a rubber mat has been put in place.
