Licensor observed two Epi Pens in a classrooms emergency bag. The pens were not in a prescription box and were not labeled with a child's name. There was not any paperwork regarding the medication and when asked who the medication belonged too, the staff said "child A". When the licensor looked in "child a's" file there was not any paperwork available there either.
