It was observed that in an indoor active room there was a toddler trampoline. This was moved during the visit.

It was observed that in many classrooms many of the window blind handles had strings or ribbon attached to them to allow the teachers to pull them down easier. The string/ribbon was observed to be approximately 18" long in some cases. The gym area was observed to have outlets that were not tamper resistant. It was observed that the gate in the KidsPark area had gaps wider than 3.5", this allows for an entrapment hazard.
