Licensor observed a slanted tree trunk that was being supported by another tree using a rope to prevent it from falling. This presents a potential safety hazard. 0145 (11) Licensor observed that the door’s self-closing mechanism functions properly and is able to self-latch. However, the latch is difficult to unlatch from the inside, which could delay or hinder quick exit from the premises in the event of an emergency.
