Soaps and cleansers stored under the sink, are observed accessible to children as the cabinet safety lock was observed broken and not latching to close. The provider immediately corrected the violation during the onsite visit by moving the cleansers to upstairs to unlicensed space making the cleansers/soaps inaccessible to children.
