The curtains in the main room had string tying them back that are capable of forming a loop - provider removed while licnesors were in the home. The tv cord in the main child care area is hanging. There is a speaker cord in the dining room. There is a loose cord outside of the front door that is associated with the water feature. There is a hanging cord of lights in the window of the main room. There is a large cord in the south part of the yard that is not secured and hanging from the 2nd floor down to the ground and over the fence. There is no art work/stickers on the sliding glass door to prevent children from walking into it. There is a board in the back yard that has nails on it and is accessible to the children. There are trees in the backyard that are hanging very low and could be a hazard to children. There is a rug in the home at the entry that is a tripping hazard. There are 2 shelves (1 in main room and 1 in family room) that need to be secured. There is a gate at the bottom of the stairs but the stair slats have an opening of over 3 1/2 inches. There are 11 outlets in the licensed space that are not TPR. The outlet in the bathroom is not TPR or GFCI.

There was a gas can located in the back yard that wouldbe accessible to children. The garage door is off of the main childcare and it does not have a lock preventing children access. There were scissors (provider removed while licensors were present), 2 ladders, an axe and a hoe in the back yard that would be accessible to children. There was a toilet plunger in thebathroom that would be accessible to children (provider removed while licensors were present).
