At the time of the onsite Initial to Full inspection, the location of the staff and child records was not accurately posted. (Stated "in main childcare area") At the time of the onsite Initial to Full inspection, a no-smoking/no-vaping sign was not posted.

At the time of the onsite Initial to Full inspection, there were blinds in the dining room play area, living room over the cribs, and kitchen over the sink, that had blinds with internal cords capable of forming a loop that could fit around a child's neck and accessible to children. At the time of the onsite Initial to Full inspection, this licensor observed a Winix air purifier in the living room with a loose, two foot cord, that was accessible to children in care an posed a strangulation risk. Addionally, there were multiple appliances in the kitchen cabinets that had cords and were accessible to children. At the time of the onsite Initial to Full inspection, the cabinet under the kitchen sink had plastic garbage bags inside and were accessible to children due to a broken childproof strap. A large plastic garbage bag for a nap mat was left on the floor during visit while kids were present. At the time of the onsite Initial to Full inspection, there was a pack and play placed under a window, with a sleeping two year old inside.
