In Childcare staff reported that mom took custody of the child, but staff at the WAC 110-3000345(1)(a) shelter reported that mom had returned to her room due to being sick. Childcare staff were not able to provide proof of who signed the child out of their care, therefore it is unknown who had unsupervised access to the child.
