110-300-0165(2)(a) - Tamper-resistant (TR) outlet caps were observed installed in outlets equipped with TR covers. 110-300-0165(2)(c) - A lamp with an accessible cord was observed within reach of children. Shower cords in both the stand-up shower and the shower tub were found to be accessible to children. 110-300-0165(2)(f) - The sliding glass door lacked stickers or posters at children's eye level to prevent from walking into the glass. 110-300-0165(3)(a) - The water drainage located near the emergency gate has a very sharp edge on the top. 110-300-0165(3)(g) - The shed exhibited flaking paint on the walls.
