Equipment and surfaces in outdoor early learning space

At the time of the onsite monitor visit inspection, there was a plastic, spring, bouncy horse in the yard that did not have CPSC safe fall zone material underneath. (placed on grass) At the time of the onsite monitor visit inspection, the plastic, spring, bouncy horse did not have a 6' fall zone around it; other toys were all around it.

At the time of the onsite monitor visit inspection, there were numerous broken pieces of plastic from old toys throughout the yard, that were smaller than 1.75" x 1.75" x 1.75" and posed a choking hazard to infants and toddlers who use the yard. At the time of the onsite monitor visit inspection, there was a plastic bag in the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom that was accessible to children and posed a suffocation hazard. At the time of the onsite monitor visit inspection, the water temperature was measured to be 125.7 degrees Fahrenheit.
