The child cubbies are not secured to the wall posing a hazard of tipping over. A light fixture in the hallway does not have a cover over the bulb which states it contains mercury. The outlet outside at the backdoor had a cover which was stuck up, exposing the outlet - The provider corrected while licensors were present. There were 2 outlets in the "science room" that were stuck in the open position. There was an outlet in the main room near the door to enter the hallway/nap room that was stuck in the open position.”
