During the investiagtion it was deteremined that the site director was aware of the the allegation, but chose not to report it, citing a lack of sufficient evidence. This action is not in compliance with the WAC requirements, which mandate that staff, as required reporters, must report all suspected child abuse and neglect wihtin 48 hours. The reported incident is stated to have occurred earlier this year.
