Climbing equipment did not appear to have proper fall zone. Ground cover did not appear to have 9 inches of sand, as turf is laid over the sand. Provider reports she will provide licensor with more information about ground cover. Deflated bouncing equipment was observed. Provider reports this is only for her personal child during non-childcare hours and will be locked up prior to children going outside for the day.
