There were two mini rebounder trampolines indoors. Dispute Description: During inspections, the licensor stated that we need to remove a recently purchased item, Lakeshore Super-Safe Froggy Jumper. The WAC that she referenced was 110-300-0164 which is titled Equipment and surfaces in outdoor early learning space, specifically -

The item that we purchased will be used exclusively in our indoor multipurpose room which is designed to support students large muscle development along with allowing a space for children who may have who may have complex needs the ability to get their 'wiggles' out. We are asking for a supervisory review to have this violation removed from our record and to allow us to use the equipment based on the fact there isn't a WAC that supports the removal of this equipment and therefore is not a valid licensing deficiency.
