During the inspection, this licensor observed multiple outdoor structures that did not have six-foot fall zones. The observed structures were a swingset that was too close to the back fence, a climbing structure with a grey slide, and a green, orange, and purple climbing structure with two slides.

Playground equipment is too close to each other and does not allow for 6 feet fall zone. There are several structures that are in the yard. 1 structure has a teeter totter, 2 swings and another round swing. The set is by another teeter totter that can swirl. There are other slide structures as well. Need to ensure spacing between items and that there is adequete ground covering under each structure. There was a broken slide by a toddler swing in the corner of the yard.

Plastic bags are in the restrom accessible to children. The washer and dryer is in the restroom and is accessible to children. Need to secure items in sleeping room on shelves. Outlet in restroom is GFCI but did not appear to also be Tamper Resistant.

Sunscreen observed in a bin upon entry into the home. The sunscreen is accessible to children. Licensor did not observe forms for the sunscreen in the children files. Toothpaste was observed in the restroom with several first names but not last names. The toothpastes were all stored together in a container by the sink and toilet and were accesssible. Some had fluoride and some did not. No forms were observed in children's files for the usage of the toothpaste.

Storage of hazardous and maintenance supplies

Sanitizing wipes were stored on the shelving unit and by the sink in the counter. The ones on the shelving unit still had packaging on them. The package on the counter had been used and was accessible to the children.

Sleeping/Nap Room for Infants is in within sight of the providers. The room is down a hall and if door is cracked only it may be hard to hear a child if they are crying at a lower volume. Providers did say they are doing the checks every 15 minutes.
