Equipment and surfaces in outdoor early learning space

On 9/12/2022 and 5/14/24, the trampoline in the outdoor licensed space was found unlocked accessible to children. This serious violation was cited both times.

110-300-0165(2)(d) - Plastic bags were found accessible to children in the unlocked bathroom closet. This was corrected during the during the visit by removing the bags. 110-300-0165(3)(a) - The hand rail on the outdoor steps had a protruding nail. This was corrected by 5/15/24. 110-300-0165(3)(d) - The secondary freezer and refrigerator located in the dining area were found unlocked. The locks were not in working condition to be corrected during the visit. The washer and dryer were not locked. This was corrected during the visit by locking the safety locks. 110-300-0165(3)(f) - The tall bookshelf is not secured and must be securely anchored.
