110-300-0165(2)(d) - Bags were stored under the sink in a drawer with no safety lock on. The provider removed all bags during the visit. 110-300-0165(3)(b) - A remote control with open batteries was observed on the floor within reach of children. This licensor removed the remote and provided technical assistance (TA). 110-300-0165(3)(d) - The dryer in the kitchen, accessible to children, had a broken latch. 110-300-0165(4)(c) - A bulb in the open closet was not shatter-resistant. The provider removed the bulb during the visit. 110-300-0165(4)(e) - The water in the sink was measured at 143.8°F 110-300-0165(4)(f) - The gate on the stairs was installed but kept unlocked despite this licensor kept locking it each timewhen passing.
