110-300-0145(11) - The gate that is not an emergency exit was blocked. TA was provided that the gat emust be locked with a tool available to open it if needed. 110-300-0145(9) - An uneven gap of 5.5 to 8.5 inches was observed under the shed located in the childcare play area.
