There are window blinds in the kitchen that form a loop. The sliding glass door needs a sticker or poster at child’s level to prevent walking into it. The rug in the play area is a potential trip hazard. The sliding glass door on the bottom of the frame outside has flaking paint chips. The light bulbs in the bathroom are not shatter proof. The water temperature is too hot in the bathroom sink. The outlets are not tamper resistant and the plug ins are a choke hazard that the provider has in the outlets. The outlet in the bathroom is not GFIC or tamper resistant by the sink.
