At the time of this inspection, licensor measured the fence in the outdoor play area to be 41" - 45" on several fence panels. Licensor observed the gate and fence to be damaged in various areas, observing a fence board that was broken on the gate and areas of the fence that were visibly deteriorating, with exposed splintering wood that felt sharp to the touch.

Licensor observed the cabinet under the bathroom sink contained toothpaste, windex, and other cleaning supplies accessible to children. TA provided to store disinfecting solution out of reach of children and install a child safety lock on the cabinet under the bathroom sink.

Gate in the outdoor early learning space was opened and did not self close or self latch at the time of the monitor inspection 0145 (8)- 2 wooden fence boards were observed to be in poor condition; wood was rotten and boards were broken away from the bottom frame of the fence
